One of the reasons you have to be careful with what you say around Mya is because she is so literal. She listens to everything very carefully (forget about sneaking anything by her) and interprets it all literally.
For example, our neighbour was explaining that her dog, Bear, is really a big baby. "When he goes potty in the back yard, he's scared of snakes," she said. "So am I," she added.
Without missing a single beat, Mya said "You don't go poop in the backyard!!!".
