Yipee...things are progressing. This morning's doctor's appointment confirmed that Mya is on her way. Of course, being dilated 2-3 cm doesn't mean I'll deliver immediately, but at least it means my body is getting closer. I told my Dr that I realized I could get stuck here for another 3 weeks and he responded that that would be unusual ... yeah! That means I shouldn't go over my due date. If at all possible I'd like to avoid any conversations about induction after I pass my due date.
He, of course, gave the disclaimer that it wasn't impossible to go over because anything is possible but it seems that he thinks I'll deliver sooner rather than later. I'm so relieved to hear that I'm continuing to progress - nothing worse than feeling stuck. Can't wait to see Mya-girl.
