This past Monday, Mya sat down with me for her first piano lesson. She is currently enamored with the idea of being a Princess Pianist when she grows up.
She has practised each day since the lesson and is hoping we learn the black notes next week.
During today's session she was playing some freestyle and working on her own composition.
I could hardly believe my ears when she started singing "I don't want to be stuck on display" with meaning. Oh my.
